We’re looking for a  Onsite Recruitment Business Partner - Newcastle - 6 month fixed term contract

 

your typical day includes

working in partnership with one of our large Tech clients based in Newcastle, managing the recruitment process and providing a high class standard of client service and recruitment advice on each recruitment transaction. You will have a team to support you in delivering against the SLA client expectations and going above the delivery model by demonstrating your ability to find outstanding talent individuals to assist our client on their mission.

 

your focus will be 

 

• Developing and managing strategic stakeholder relationships 
• Recommending and agreeing suitable sourcing strategies with the hiring manager community
• Driving a strong candidate pipeline by utilising all sourcing channels available such as headhunting, supplier relationship management, management of referrals and advertising etc
• Ensuring compliance is adhered to throughout the recruitment end to end process
• Effectively managing and utilising our in-house recruitment systems including some reporting
• Defining and participating in key projects to enhance the service provided to the client

 

what you will need

• substantial recruitment experience in corporate head office functions such as HR, legal, procurement or finance
• excellent process management skills and attention to detail
• proven senior stakeholder management and engagement experience 
• good client engagement and listening skills

 

it’s also nice to have

• experience working in-house, onsite or for an RPO although extensive agency experience will be considered
