German speaking Recruitment Team Leader

Main focus is candidate and operational/delivery client perspective. Acts as SPOC, works on complex situations, such as volumes, positions on wide-scale project-basis, with senior stakeholders, with diverse cultures and diverse ways of working. Responsible for the delivery of client programs, operational contacts with hiring community and coordination of day-to-day operational tasks of a team of Sourcing Recruiters and Recruitment Coordinators. Major goals are to deliver against the agreed SLA/KPI’s and reach the highest level of client satisfaction and team performance.

 

Key activities will include the following :

Performance and people management:

  • Coordinate and motivate a group of Sourcing Recruiters and Recruitment Coordinators
  • Pushing teams’ KPIs and also delivering own KPIs
  • Monitor the performance of Sourcing Recruiters and Recruitment Coordinators, set targets and day-to-day priorities, evaluate results and share lessons learned
  • Measure account(s)’ performance
  • Manage all open positions within the team and smart allocation of resources to new positions
  • Support team members with the right sourcing strategy
  • Use and continuously seek for creative and innovative sourcing and recruitment solutions, sharing best practices with the team
  • Come up with new operational procedures / delivery solutions and SLAs and present and discuss with Delivery Manager
  • Maintain & manage information within company systems about candidates & clients
  • Ensure all team members conform to RSR processes and quality procedures as defined
  • Create backup structure in the team in case of absence
  • Manage all HR related daily activities within the team (Holiday scheduling, Timesheet administration, attendance, etc.)
  • Conduct regular team meetings to promote teamwork and inform on project updates
  • Train and mentor new hires
  • Provide feedback and coach experienced team members on a monthly basis, support team members in reaching their yearly target, mentor colleagues e.g. with dealing client issues (no direct people management)

  Account management:

  • First point of contact for client operational stakeholders and first escalation point for any daily operational issues
  • Effective client / stakeholder management
  • Entire project management towards to complex sourcing clients
  • Meet service level agreements and customer satisfaction targets
  • Engage with the client to understand needs, to ensure appropriate strategies are aligned and put in place
  • Identify opportunities to better serve the client and/or to bring in new delivery solutions
  • Periodically report and review of services, SLA’s and KPI’s, team performance, participate business reviews, etc.
  • Project management based on new client requests; acting as ‘Voice of Customer’ to translate client need for internal contributors and stakeholders (Delivery Centre Management, TIC, Support roles, etc.)
  • Participate in intake calls where necessary
  • Manage client expectations, provide MI where applicable
  • Create and send Weekly client reports
  • Provide invoicing input
  • Drive all open positions to closure

Reporting:

  • Daily/Weekly reporting of activity to the Delivery Manager and client.
  • Make real-time updates for timely and accurate record keeping of candidate activity and productivity.
  • Keep Gr8 People and interview scheduling tracker up-to-date and drive usage with the team
  • Able to prepare and analyze reports and suggest action plan to improve on efficiency
  • Work with Delivery manager to run reports to feed back to client teams

Process:

  • Coordinate entire RPO process, from intake to on-boarding.
  • Process management in line with Client specific processes and SRC’s processes.
  • Make process improvements, both internal (team activities) and external (towards the client).
  • Develop and refine effective sourcing strategies and client processes, work on sourcing innovation and identify areas for improvement.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert in one or more verticals by gathering the utmost of industrial knowledge (job profiles, target companies etc.) and creating, building and maintaining best-in-class sourcing strategies.
  • Responsible to maintain and work along agreed sourcing strategy
  • Keep all documentation up-to-date on processes

Qualifications:

  • University (Bachelor's) degree
  • Microsoft Office (Excel/PPT/Word/Gmail)
  • Excellent English and German language knowledge

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years operational work experience gained within a fast-paced, multinational, high-touch service industry (recruitment, HR services, financial/IT services etc.)
  • Preferably experience in people management
  • Maturity in succeeding in a strongly client-facing service environment

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of social media and social networking sites.
  • Mastery in MS Office applications and Googlemail
  • Reporting skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent command of the English and German language (written and spoken)
  • Background in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and / or Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
  • Detailed knowledge of Randstad global businesses and the associated internal processes and policies
