We’re looking for a Contingent Hire Senior Manager  - London


your typical day will 

be responsible for the overall delivery of RSR core services in Contingent Hire: Demand Management, Delivery and Sourcing Solutions for this leading management consultancy client.  

your focus will be 


  • People, delivery management and talent management of the above team, across 3 offsite and 1 on client site location. Managing a team size of circa 15 with up to 4 direct reports.
  • You will be an expert in Operational Delivery, Sourcing and a Subject Matter Expert on Contingent Hire solutions both those offered by RSR and those in house at the client.
  • You will work closely with the clients risk and governance manager, head of contingent hire, talent acquisition manager, Supplier manager to ensure RSR delivery is first class.
  • You will work closely with the performance and projects team to provide robust weekly, monthly and quarterly MI that identifies achievements, challenges and growth in contingent hire numbers
  • Leading on identifying process improvements and implementing these by working alongside performance and project team.
  • Identifying areas for commercial growth through designing new solutions.
  • Working with RSR Talent Innovation Centre and other internal teams to drive innovation through tech and touch to ensure we are providing best in class service solutions and driving all things MSP 3.0 for the client.
  • Being involved in projects and a subject matter expert on areas such as IR35, TDX (market pay rate/analytics technology)
  • Working with other RSR MSP programme leads to create shared knowledge on added solutions to offer to the client.

what you will need

  • significant  experience in contingent hiring 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • A consultative approach
  • experience using data and MI to support decision making and strategy definition
  • experience in leading and managing multiple teams through change, focused on execution of strategy 

it’s also nice to have


  • management experience recruiting into financial services or management consultancies
  • management experience working in a similar role for an MSP RPO or in-house function
  • Experience managing across different locations
  • An interest in data, analytics and recruitment technologies
