In 2013  Randstad Sourceright EMEA established a Delivery Centre in Budapest, Hungary. The Delivery Centre consists of a Shared Recruitment Centre (SRC), a Shared Services Centre (SSC) and a Centre of Expertise (CoE). The SRC and SSC are driven by process management, productivity in line with Client SLA’s (internal & external) and standardisation of working methods.

The SSC employs multi-lingual HR Administrators who are responsible for back-office support for Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Services Provider (MSP) programs within the EMEA region. By providing high quality support in the most efficient way, HR Administrators ensure assistance for all MSP experts and/or Sourcing recruiters/Recruiters of Randstad Sourceright EMEA in the administrational part of their roles. In general, the SSC works with standardized processes all over the EMEA region to ensure efficiency and clients’ satisfaction.

Purpose of the job:

Supports MSP experts and/or Sourcing recruiters/Recruiters with administrative tasks regarding MSP and RPO programs. Works in complex situations with e.g. big volumes and different tasks.

Key activities:

Administrative support MSP program:

Supplier management:

  • connect/delete suppliers to/from VMS, update suppliers information
  • execute supplier satisfaction surveys

Order intake & distribution process:

  • create/close order in VMS
  • distribute orders to suppliers and monitor progress

Order fulfilment process:

  • background checks
  • schedule interviews for hiring managers
  • reference checks

Candidate on & off boarding process:

  • create/close contracts
  • register new employees
  • execute exit interviews with candidate and hiring managers

Time & expenses management:

  • follow up on timesheets
  • manage approval processes
  • enter/ correct time and expenses in tools
  • create reports on time and expenses

Contract and payroll issues:

  • support payroll/financial teams to solve payroll/financial issues related to the contractor/worker
  • support financial teams in order to take care of timely payment
  • take and deal with enquiries or requests to change details to simple legal agreements

General administration:

  • update data (e.g. orders, candidates) in VMS
  • other administrative tasks

Internal: MSP Experts,  Sourcing Recruiters, Recruiters

External: candidates, Hiring managers, HR representatives

Qualifications:

University (Bachelor's) degree

Fluent English and German knowledge

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years administration experience in (preferably) human resources or service center environment outside RSR or minimum 1 year working experience within the Shared Service Centre of RSR.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)

Preferably with Applicant Tracking System and / or Vendor Management System
