Employer Branding and Campaigns executive - EMEA

 

Budapest – Full time

 

The scope of this role is to support the Employer Branding team (ENGAGE) for the Talent Attraction EMEA team across all clients.

 

Talent Attraction team structure

  • DISCOVER: talent mapping, research and sourcing strategy

  • ENGAGE: employer branding offering including visual and copy narratives, candidate UX and diversity (this role sits here)

  • ATTRACT: recruitment marketing services across all channels including media, digital and programmatic

 

Key Responsibility

  • Develop agreed insights in employer brand including brand perception, competitor analysis and candidate behaviour

  • Provide programme management services to internal and external clients with internal and external projects

  • Run client workshops/meetings/interviews to define plans and EVP strategies

  • Support the Talent Attraction strategy and Target Operating Model

  • Design and management of research, EVP and Employer Branding plans and campaigns

  • Design and manage multi-campaigns for RSR and their clients through all channels including assets creation to support the ATTRACT team

  • Focus on diversity, JD templates, websites and candidate experiences research and strategies

  • Support and advisory to clients, operations and sales

  • Tagging, MI and just-in-time business and clients reports

  • Continuous operational and cost efficiency optimisation

  • Support to RSR talent communities and Recruitment marketing of the BUDAPEST recruitment centre

  • Operational activities such as copywriting, assets, narrative boilerplates, digital campaigns narrative, social media content, paid for social, google ads, RTB

 

Key Expertise

  • Knowledge of employer branding and EVP methodologies, research and creation

  • Creative narratives (visual and copy) – great copywriting skills preferable

  • Recruitment campaigns through all channels including social media, website, digital marketing, programmatic campaigns

  • End-to-end employer branding and recruitment marketing projects

  • Client management and project management

  • Experience dealing with external suppliers

  • Previous experience either agency or client side within an employer branding and recruitment marketing role, ideally working for large corporates

  • RPO and MSP experience a nice to have

  • Excellent command of English language – Other European languages a nice to have

  • University (Bachelor's) degree
