We’re looking for an Onsite HR Coordinator - Rzeszów

 

 

Key activities:

 

  • Update and maintain comprehensive personnel systems, both manual and computerized, to record all necessary employee information with due regard to the relevant Data Protection Acts. Wherever possible to seek to enhance and develop current systems and to recommend any changes that improve efficiency.
  • To be the subject matter expert (SME) and take responsibility for the primary tools and databases used.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of data.
  • Production and distribution of a part of HR reports.
  • Production of HR related documentation.
  • Management of HR shared folders to ensure accuracy and security.
  • Production of onboarding documentation/referencing correspondence.
  • As required, to supplement the HR team on ad hoc projects.
  • Posting and coordinating job posting

 

what you will need

This role will suit someone who has worked in an administration or customer service role for a large corporate organisation. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and SLA’s is key for this fast paced role. This is a key client facing role where excellent customer service skills are also imperative.
