We’re looking for an

Onsite Recruitment Business Partner - London

your typical day includes

working as part of the Client Account Management team who are responsible for delivering a premium recruitment process to our client with their contingent / temporary and contract recruitment. Supporting this leading Management Consultancy. The key focus of this role is to forge relationships with all parties, including key stakeholders within the client and all suppliers as part of the contract recruitment supply chain.

your focus will be to

  • Key stakeholder management and engagement
  • Recommending and agreeing suitable recruitment strategies with the hiring manager community
  • Driving a strong candidate pipeline by utilising all sourcing channels available such as engaging our own internal direct recruitment team, referrals and advertising etc
  • Ensuring compliance is adhered to throughout the recruitment end to end process
  • Effectively managing and utilising our in-house recruitment systems including some reporting
  • General administration and maintenance of systems, tracker tools and recruitment systems
  • Managing the timesheet and contract renewals process
  • Building strong relationships with the contractor workforce
  • Dealing with contractor queries in a timely, professional and engaging manner
  • Ad hoc projects most likely around process implementation and improvement

what you will need

  • proven recruitment experience in the contingent / interim or temporary market
  • excellent process management skills
  • senior stakeholder management experience
  • Experience working with large complex corporate clients

 it’s also nice to have

  • Experience working in internal recruitment or onsite with a client via an RPO, however experience in a 360 Recruiting role which has been very client facing with large corporate accounts will also be considered.
