Scope of the role

The scope of this role is to support the delivery the Talent Marketing plan across key retention channels such as email and other Digital Marketing channels to drive maximum ROI and most optimal customer/candidate experience via RSR’s CRM platforms.

As well as supporting and collaborating with the wider TM team to provide insights, solutions and content for our clients globally across employer branding, recruitment marketing assets. It is a key role that supports the end-to-end function of TM or CRM.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Execution

  • Create, implement and drive strategies for building and managing talent networks/talent communities for various geographical regions
  • Monitoring and manage the Talent Marketing CRM elements end-to-end
  • Operational activities such as copywriting, assets, narrative boilerplates, digital campaigns narrative, social media content, paid for social, google ads, RTB
  • Working closely with operation teams to ensure potential talent is kept regularly fed with client, industry and hiring information, and ensuring branding principles are properly followed in job postings, social media and any other channels
  • Coordinate and deliver the identified recruitment marketing activities for talent communities globally following Talent Marketing plans including newsletters, email campaigns and any other content needed - content should be provided by Merck and operations

Support and Collaboration

  • Support insights in employer brand including brand perception, competitor analysis and candidate behaviour including execution of Brand Assessments
  • Run interviews with candidates from the CRM to input into Talent Marketing wider strategies

Typical outcomes, services and products

  • Brief and manage end to end customer/candidate retention email campaigns and other digital channels in line with specific marketing initiatives and plans
  • Talent drivers and target audience segmentation working in collaboration with the Intelligence team on talent and labour market research (talent mapping, salary benchmarks, scarcity of the role, etc.)
  • Research, analysis and sales support
  • Production and delivery for talent communities (plan and content) i.e. boilerplate, newsletter, emails, straplines, banners, ads, etc.

Key Expertise

  • Strong CRM engagement & content strategy expertise
  • Knowledge of branding and Value proposition methodologies, research and creation
  • Client management and project management
  • Experience dealing with external suppliers
  • Excellent command of English language – Other European languages a nice to have
  • Experience of CRM applications and platforms
  • Copywriting skills for creation of newsletter, emails, etc.
  • Employer Marketing experience desirable
  • Availability for 9-12 months
