What will you do?

You will support Recruiters, Hiring managers and Candidates with scheduling interviews. Your tasks will be:

• schedule multiple interviews, book rooms through on-line tools and coordinate administration of the interview process.
• be the first point of contact for Recruitment Business Partners, Hiring Managers and candidates during the interview process.
• ensure excellent customer and candidate satisfaction by pro-actively communicating daily via e-mail and phone.

What are we looking for?

• Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)
• Excellent command of English
• Excellent command of French is an advantage
• Preferably experience in Customer Service and/or a Service Center environment, fresh graduates are also welcome.
