We’re looking for an Interim Onsite Recruiter - City 

your typical day includes

working in partnership with one of our Tech consultancy clients based in the City, managing the recruitment process and providing a high class standard of client service and recruitment advice on each recruitment transaction.  

your focus will be  

• Developing and managing strategic stakeholder relationships 
• Recommending and agreeing suitable sourcing strategies with the hiring manager community
• Generate candidates directly using innovative sourcing methods (boolean searching, search analytics, networking, referrals etc...)
• Drive candidate pipeline by using above innovative sourcing techniques
• Ensure a high quality candidate journey
• Headhunting and directly sourcing your own candidates for technical roles
• Ensuring KPI’s and SLA’s are met effectively, using MI data to monitor this 
• Ensuring compliance is adhered to throughout the recruitment end to end process
• Effectively managing and utilising the clients in-house recruitment systems including some reporting
• Defining and participating in key projects to enhance the service provided to the client

 what you will need

• onsite RPO / in-house or internal Recruitment experience
• Proven extensive experience of recruiting in the tech space
• excellent process management skills and attention to detail
• proven senior stakeholder management and engagement experience 
• good client engagement and listening skills

 

it’s also nice to have

• Tech consultancy experience
• Experience recruiting technical roles within CRM or ERP
