 Operations consist of the client aligned service delivery teams operating across RPO, MSP and Blended Workforce Solutions. Delivery models within Operations are typically a combination on- or near-site relationship teams combined with transactional and support services from within near- or off-site delivery locations. It is an increasingly complex matrix delivery structure, requiring clarity on inputs and outputs and rigor in the day to day operation. It also requires controls, quality assessment and metrics and business intelligence to inform and steer the operation, enforce consistency in delivery and underpin the exciting and rapidly evolving “tech and touch” model changes which are being introduced.   

 Purpose of the job:

The Business Intelligence Associate will develop, maintain and improve reporting solutions on a cloud based BI platform and excel dashboards. They will provide management information and support to the senior account management teams and key client stakeholders.

 The BI Associate will actively demonstrate first class BI support. They will support with new and existing BI reporting functionality as well as support the development and improvement of new reporting.

 Key Activities:

 Maintain reporting solutions on BI platform and excel dashboards

  • Ongoing support of systems and technologies within scope of BI
  • Act as a point of contact for BI queries and requests
  • Execution of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
  • Support audit procedures and reporting requirements
  • Working to business and client SLA’s
  • Creation of reporting as requested by the management team
  • Support internal stakeholders in the knowledge of appropriate BI
  • Assist in the preparation of BI for MBRs and QBRs
  • To reflect a professional image through all communications both internally and externally
  • To undertake any other task, deemed to be appropriate to this role, as directed by a member of Management
  • Organises and documents risks and issues and escalates where necessary

 Key Relationships:

Internal:    Local RSR organisations in EMEA, APAC and US, on-site and near-site teams

External:    Client representatives, technology partners.

 Experience:

 Experience of working with BI analytics

  • Demonstrated skills in MS Excel, data manipulation and analytics
  • Some experience with SQL (or MYSQL) building data flows and calculations

 Qualifications & Skills:

 Bachelor or University Degree (preferably in a numerate discipline)

  • Advanced MS Excel and data manipulation skills
  • Ability to develop clear and succinct reports drawing upon a significant amount of data and information
  • Ability to translate data/reporting into actionable recommendations
  • Strong ability to manage multiple ad hoc and urgent requests
  • Highly customer focused
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident and articulate
  • knowledge/understanding of BI Platforms
  • Beginner MYSQL or SQL knowledge and experience
