We’re looking for a 

Junior MI 

 

your typical day includes

working with one of our complex MSP clients, the MI Analyst provides quality, accurate management support and analysis.  As part of the dedicated resourcing team they will support with new and existing MI reporting as well as the development or improvement of new reporting.  You will also get involved in a number of projects.

 

your focus will be 

• In-depth data analysis; reviewing, manipulating, interpreting a suite of reports and data
• Acting as point of contact for management team and client for MI queries and requests
• Support with delivery of scheduled MI reporting for the client and management team
• Creation of new reporting as requested by the management team
• Identifying risks against SLA, highlighting trends, and providing an interpretation of the data to enable business decisions and identify areas of opportunity for process improvements
• Extensive use of recruitment technology for reporting such as vendor management system IQN and ATS BrassRing
• Ensuring an appropriate and robust invoice and reconciliation processes was in place to maximise the accuracy of all invoices
• Dealing with invoice queries and reconciling solutions
• Working collaboratively with a broad range of client groups, recruitment technology providers and agencies to ensure the MSP solution meets constantly changing client needs
• Providing support to the operational team to ensure effective use of client recruitment technology to provide meaningful data

 

what you will need

• Advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, v-look ups 
• Experience of interpreting and quality checking data to a high standard
• Experience of having used in-house client systems 
• Experience of working in a HR or recruitment function, ideally an MSP environment

 

it’s also nice to have

• experience working for an MSP or RPO 
• use of IQN and/or Brassring
• ability to create Macros
• experience working with Google Suite
