We’re looking for a 

Talent Marketing Programme Manager

 

your typical day includes

supporting the Global head of Program Performance & implementation to plan and run complex programmes with a focus on recruitment marketing. The main focus will be on their own region, but global projects will be part of the job.

 

your focus will be to

• end-to-end programme management of complex talent & recruitment marketing projects
• validation and version control of processes and workflow maps
• work with team and process improvement to constant improve processes
• focus on requisition management for the whole team
• support Talent Delivery Managers to implement and manage projects
• support with Media transformation and reporting globally

 

what you will need

• Experience inhouse or agency of employer branding / recruitment marketing
• Strong skills in creating and maintaining project and programme plans, including risks, actions, issues, dependencies
• Stakeholder management including very senior stakeholders
• Highly efficient in resource planning and tasks assignment
• Highly proactive and excellent presentation & multitasking skills
• Excellent Data manipulation and analytical skills in Advanced Excel or Google

• scrum or agile methodologies
• Ability to speak other European languages
