Job Purpose

The Associate Manager Operations will provide the client with a special recruitment solution based on the SLA according to the client contract and will oversee a team who manages the end to end recruitment cycle as well. 

What are your responsibilities? 

• you will provide direction and guidance to the team and ensure that their knowledge, capability, training and support is aligned to the expected tasks 
• you have to ensure the team has access to the right tools at the right time and inform the team of company updates 
• communication of client needs to the team and also to relevant stakeholders
• Actively source and share recruitment & business knowledge across the delivery team
• share your ideas and contribute to the continuous improvement of RSR
• coach and mentor the team to meet service level(s) required
• you are the first point of contact for client and first escalation point for any daily operational issues
• engage proactively with the client to understand needs and drivers to ensure appropriate resourcing strategies are aligned and put in place to achieve the forecast

What are we looking for? 

• University or equivalent professional & intellectual ability
• Proven recruitment experience in a multinational
  organisation
• Proven experience of developing relationships working at an operational level
• High command of German and English
