What will YOU do?

• Be a role model for your Team and the right hand for your Manager
• Work with the Compliance Manager to oversee policy implementation
• Recruit and select your future team members
• Create reports for Coordinators and team activity
• Act as control over robust inbox with delegation to Compliance employees
• Follow-up with the clients to ensure smooth transaction and approval process
• Be the First point of contact for internal operational stakeholders and first
  escalation point of the team for any daily operational issues
• Use and continuously seek for creative and innovative recruitment and HR administration best practices, sharing best practices with the team

YOU have:

• A mature, perceptive and positive personality
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Very good command of (Business) English
• People management experience
• At least 2 years of experience in an admin role
• Preferably previous experience with the UK market
