Due to expansion of our services within our RPO client programs in the Netherlands, we are looking for an Senior Corporate Recruiter to take over direct delivery of first class software developers and other corporate functions into our client’s business!

 

What your day to day tasks are:

• Proactively engaging with client stakeholders in a consultative recruiting role.
• Sourcing and engaging with high level Technology professionals but also any other corporate function can come into play.
• Supporting the whole recruitment process from intake to offer stage.
• Creating management reports and making data analysis.
• Conducting market research and finding innovative ways of attracting and engaging with talent.
• Being the brand ambassador for the client and working closely with the delivery teams on developing the recruitment strategy.

 

Your profile

• Strong track record of within (corporate) recruitment.
• Experience in either information services or software solutions industry or experienced in recruiting software development profiles is preferred.
• Corporate or RPO experience are a big advantage!
• Experience working on a client site is desirable.
• You are able to work independently and have a self-starting kind of mindset.
• Complete fluency in Dutch and English.
