Onsite Recruitment Coordinator - 6 Month FTC - Belfast

Working as part of the Client Recruitment team who are responsible for delivering a premium recruitment process to our client, the key focus of this role is to forge relationships with all parties, including candidates and key stakeholders within the client as a key part of the recruitment team.

 

You will be responsible for

• general administration and maintenance of data using the recruitment system and tracker tools 
• screening online applications
• conducting initial telephone interviews
• managing questions and solving issues for users and clients to support an effective recruitment process
• providing candidates with feedback
• making offers to successful candidates
• producing MI Reporting 
• ad hoc admin, interview scheduling and onboarding support

The successful candidate must have 

• experience working in a fast paced and high volume recruitment/administration environment
• excellent process management skills 
• impressive organisational skills and ability to prioritise 
• rigorous approach to data integrity
• ability to follow complex processes 
• confidence in effectively liaising with senior stakeholders and candidates 

It is also nice to have

• experience working for an RPO or in internal recruitment
