What you’ll be doing:

• Find the right talent - Proactively identifies, sources and engages top talent
• Pull data on external data from the market (quality candidates per region, market maps etc)
• Present key data to influence key stakeholders on improving our processes
• Educate hiring managers and recruiters on new sourcing strategies and find ways to get them involved
• Find new ways in order to engage and attract talent
• By keeping an eye on personality and assessing company & brand fit, as well as professional experience and skills, you’ll play a key role during the selection process.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer facing role, ideally within an international environment
• Exceptional influencing skills - having the data is step one, being able to influence hiring strategies is just as important!
• You’ll need to be able to make a great impact when reaching out to and interacting with potential candidates - so excellent communication skills are a must (C1 English & German is essential)
• Networker who is innovative and self-motivated, with a ‘can do’ attitude while focused on delivering results
