RPO Recruitment internship - Randstad Sourceright / ING

What will you be doing?

As an intern RPO (recruitment process outsourcing) recruitment you will work in a team that is responsible for the corporate recruitment for ING in the Netherlands. During your internship you will get a look behind the scenes at Randstad Sourceright and ING. For this specific internship you will join the team, where we recruit young ambitious graduates globally for the ING International Talent Programme (ITP).

Recruiting and selecting the right candidates is done by approaching potential candidates, assessing received applications and determining whether someone could be suitable for the ING ITP traineeship at first sight. Then you will interview these candidates as soon as possible to find out if there is indeed a match! During this whole recruitment process you as a recruiter are responsible for the communication with the candidate and your colleagues.

During your internship you gradually become responsible for the recruitment process from A to Z and that is what makes this job so much fun! And more importantly you will be surrounded and supported by helpful 12 colleagues.

In addition, there is of course room for a possible internship assignment or research! Think of employer branding, a study of the employer value proposition of the customer, a strategy scan or a policy assignment for our own HR department. This makes your internship super dynamic and diverse, because you and your recruitment team are responsible for a client and you can make a difference in our internal organization.
