The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing Randstad Sourceright global website. They will be also supporting in the execution of the digital marketing strategy and activities for Randstad Enterprise Group and Randstad Sourceright with a focus on building targeted B2B brand awareness, with a particular focus on C-suite and senior leadership engagement.  

You will be responsible for 

  • managing our global website, as well as development and optimisation of the user experience in multiple languages
  • utilising strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across the website – ensuring we’re optimising at every turn
  • researching and testing new technologies and trends including tracking, integrations, personalisation, interactivity / chatbot – anything that can give us an edge over the competition
  • owning and implementing the SEO and keyword strategy, identifying opportunities to create new and/or optimize content, reflecting upon the technical setup and working together with the content team to structure and create appropriate content
  • driving content channel use to increase B2B lead generation and nurturing
  • enhancing and maintaining Randstad Sourceright branding and value proposition in the digital space

The successful candidate will have 

    • demonstrable experience of website ownership, management and optimization 
    • experience of digital marketing, communication channels and campaigns
    • experience working across multiple geographies for a global organisation
    • in depth knowledge of website strategy, site optimisations, SEO & social media
    • excellent analytical skills and ability to build business cases with a link to commercial drivers and goals, including expertise in Google Analytics, Tag manager, Search Console, SEmRush and other analytics tools
    • knowledge of CRM use like Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar
    • a natural curiosity, problem solving mindset and new technology adopter 
  • exceptional project management skills plus a get-it-done attitude

 It would also be useful to have 

  • experience of implementing and managing chat bots
