This is a growing team supporting our local and global accounts; the Candidate experience & CRM lead will oversee a small but developing team and become the SME for candidate behaviour, end to end candidate experience, CRM, talent pooling and content / email / engagement marketing across Randstad Sourceright.

 

You will be responsible for 

  • being the SME on candidate behaviour and candidate experience within the talent acquisition cycle 
  • providing expertise on segmentation for target audiences and talent pools
  • create experience, workflows and marketing campaigns to keep candidate engaged pre and post conversion 
  • proactively identifying opportunities to improve the effectiveness of campaigns, platforms or processes from in-depth knowledge of email, comms and campaign management
  • planning, harmonising, integrating and leveraging data, insight and analytics from multiple sources to inform marketing automation strategy and initiatives
  • leading the team and any freelancers providing them with guidelines, training, sign-off and supervision
  • cultivating workflows, experiences and content marketing strategies targeted at driving engagement, generating applications, retaining talent and building loyalty to our clients’ brand

 

The successful candidate MUST have

  • extensive experience in candidate experience
  • advanced technical knowledge on using CRM technologies, workflow automation, omnichannel engagement tools
  • the ability to learn new marketing and automation platforms
  • come from a marketing background and have an understanding of market segmentation and email marketing 
  • strong people management and leadership skills
