Working as a strategic partner with a leading pharmaceutical company, we are looking to hire an Account Director to support the EMEA region. This is an exciting opportunity to drive the MSP and RPO solution across EMEA with the exposure to work across many cultures and environments. In our dynamic global team you are in the lead responsible to ensure that value is added to the client solution and to maximise the potential for business within the client’s regions. 

You can be located in France, Switzerland or Belgium. French and English language is required to allow you to connect to your team and client.

 

responsibilities

  • Develop an account strategy for the region that allows us to exceed client expectations, strengthen relationships and evolve our solution
  • Lead, develop and motivate our regional teams, creating a positive environment and ensuring strong performance
  • Support the development of effective tactical and strategy sourcing delivery strategies to proactively meeting the current and future needs of our client
  • Manage key client relationships, using data and insight to help inform client decisions and strategy
  • Bring new or complementary services to meet client needs and to continue to grow the scope of services provided 
  • Act as a point of escalation for all issues that cannot be resolved by operational managers
  • Ensure successful compliance to contract requirements 
  • Own the development and successful delivery of the regional budget

 

Experience

  • Worked in and have proven success in a strategic key accounts and relationship focused role within the recruitment industry, ideally within an RPO
  • Experience of leading and inspiring recruitment teams
  • Proven experience of senior stakeholder management and development
  • A collaborative approach to ensuring an excellent customer experience
  • Experience of developing and delivering account strategy and commercial budgets
  • Strong focus on service evolution and innovation including the introduction/adoption of new technology
  • Strong organisational, prioritization and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English language
