To manage the HR team and provide a professional, comprehensive, proactive and responsive HR service to the business

 

priorities for the role include:



  • Local presence required for management of local HR operational processes and to hold legal signatory responsibilities
  • Onboarding, offboarding and admin management
  • Cooperation with the Centre Director to ensure adherence to the correct policies and procedures, and to also ensure a progressive and forward thinking culture
  • Responsible to own the Employer Rights for Budapest Center - responsible to sign contracts, terminations, employee relations related document
  • Manage and drive an HR Team of 4 providing customer focused HR service to the Budapest Center that is focused and drives improved organisational performance
  • Active member of the Budapest Center Management Team (7 people) - quarterly Management meeting - provide regular communication to Mgt team members to update them on priorities
  • Work closely with various stakeholders
  • Provide advice and guidance on people/HR issues and business issues to the People managers about any HR topics (reward, promotions, salary review, performance management, bonus, internal move, recognition, engagement, legal questions etc.)
  • Work on different HR/People related projects which supports the employer culture and engagement as well 
  • Act and manage legal cases and termination with External Lawyer advice when needed 
  • Act as trusted Partner in Performance Enhancement processes
  • Responsible for the EMEA process alignment and manage change management in terms of changes in processes, approach, timelines (e.g. New job family structure, new reward process approach)
  • Be aware and control Payroll process deadlines, necessary information from the local HR Team to Payroll expert to provide accurate month closing, and accurate salary transfers every months
  • Act as a coach to management to help develop their potential - support Team leaders in coaching
  • Drive and facilitate the ‘people review’ process
  • Participation in EMEA wide and Global projects
