Implementations are responsible for the implementation of RPO and MSP solutions, according to the agreed project plan, timescales and within budget. The function sets the scene for future collaboration and must work efficiently, professionally and in line with the client's expectation of an outsourced partner. The implementation team must maintain the integrity of our Global Implementation Methodology and ensure a smooth transition from sales to daily operations. 
 
Responsibilities: 

The Data Analyst is responsible for delivering the data workstream on the ongoing MSP and SOW implementations, including:

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to fully understand data content
  • Manipulate, analyse and interpret complex data sets
  • Mine and analyse large datasets, draw valid inferences
  • Monitor and audit data quality
  • Set up and maintain automated data processes
  • Support data validation and cleansing
  • Data upload for Beeline VMS


Your Competencies:

  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • Proven track record of experience working with and analyzing large data sets
  • Experience with stakeholder management
  • An aptitude to pick up new systems quickly
  • Logical processing and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • The capacity to develop and document procedures and workflows
  • The ability to carry out data quality control, validation and linkage
  • An understanding of data protection issues
