What you will do:

● Be the main point of contact for the hiring community in every recruitment related questions ● Co-create and design sourcing strategy for white collar professionals

● Apply the sourcing strategy to build a solid talent pipeline and check it effectiveness

● Manage candidate relationships from interview stage

● Ensure that talent requirements are being managed in the most efficient and consistent way at all times

 

We are looking for you if:

● Your fluent in English

● You have a demonstrated track record in niche recruitment ( up to management level)

● You live for sourcing and assessing top talent

● You have excellent communication and negotiation skills and proven stakeholder management experience

● You are flexible and agile to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment
