What you will do in this position

• Collaborate with the Hiring Managers and Recruitment Business Partners to understand the requirements of each open role
• Source for the best talent & find the best and most creative channels for that
• Interact with candidates
• Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity
• Gain knowledge on several markets in Europe

What we ask from you

• 1-2 years experience in sourcing
• excellent organizational skills and agility to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment
• fluent French, German and English knowledge is a must
• MS Office experienced user
