We are looking for an Supply Chain Senior Advisor for our interesting client from telecommunications industry.

As an Supply Chain Senior Advisor you will contribute to overall program success whilst acting as a role-model and coach towards other colleagues. They will act as a point of reference in relation to their subject matter and expertise in driving the MSP program towards excellence and striving to be a point of reference within Randstad Sourceright.

 

What will be your key responsibilities:

• Supply chain management: Planning, implementing, managing, and controlling the operations of the clients’ Time and materials resourcing chain (contracted resources) with the purpose to satisfy customer requirements and contractual service levels. Including supplier performance analysis, leading evaluation meetings and driving supply chain optimization initiatives.
• Act as the primary contact for all supplier related topics on the MSP account (operational queries, escalation point for issues, supplier evaluation, supply chain optimization, supplier on-/off-boarding, tracking and monitoring compliance,...)
• Ensure that the Global SCM support team is fully instructed and able to deliver required efficient support. Assist in process improvement and tailoring of processes and guidelines to the needs of the client account.
• Providing direction and guidance to the offsite SCM with regards to compliance and supplier on-/offboarding, provide clarity around hand-offs, understanding and execution of duties works to the best possible standards
• Ensure account team members are aligned with Supply chain management practice and processes in place
• Lead supplier evaluation, supplier escalation and key supplier touchpoint meetings
• Project manager for bulk extensions and negotiations
• Advise and present to clients on Supplier strategy, including rationalisation and optimization.
• You’ll be in charge of one or multiple projects in relation to the MSP programmes’ and clients’ strategic goals, thus contributing to overall success and service maturity of the account.
• Driving consistency & end to end process management across the entire account.
• Overseeing the roll-out of knowledge management, updating and correct use of operational manuals and compliance audits.

 

What you need to bring:

• Experience in program and project management in either human Resources, Procurement or related functional areas is highly preferred in order to become successful in the role. You’re a self-starter able to take initiative. You’re adaptable and able to switch from operational/tactical thinking to strategic thinking and keen to be both hands on as well as analytical.
• Previous experience working in workforce procurement, or an MSP programme is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experienced in building relationships with senior stakeholders in an international B2B context
• Experience with legal or compliance issues in an HR or procurement context
• Advanced excel/sheets as well as Powerpoint or Google slides skills required
• Previous experience working in workforce procurement, or an MSP programme is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Experienced in building relationships with senior stakeholders in an international B2B context
