The team you’ll be working with; 

You will be working with an experienced RPO Recruitment Team on one of our leading accounts - PwC, one of the big four accountancy firms. The team for this is ever growing in size and opportunities to work on high value projects, such as 7+ figure Mergers & acquisitions - fully supporting their recruitment needs across the UK and EMEA.  Our client’s main office is in Birmingham and travel to the Birmingham office is necessary two times per week.

 

The expectations of this job;

You will manage the sourcing process and support the recruitment process as a whole with the RBPs of the account across a variety of financial, technical and operational roles at different levels. Provide a high class standard of client service and recruitment advice on their recruitment activity, utilising technology and insights, tailoring the most appropriate solution based on the requirement. You will have a team to support you in delivering against the SLA client expectations and going above the delivery model by demonstrating your ability to find outstanding talent to assist our client on their mission.
