As a French-speaking Sourcing Recruiter, you will be responsible for designing and executing recruitment strategies in order to find the best talents for our client - a well-known company in the pharmaceutical sector. In this role, you will support Belgium and France based on-site recruitment teams, and manage client stakeholders to deliver the best recruitment solutions. The role is based in our amazing office in Budapest with the possibility of hybrid work.

 

Your key responsibilities:

• Being a partner for Hiring Managers and Recruiters 
• Planning and executing recruitment strategies
• Actively sourcing and building a comprehensive talent pool
• Screening candidates and coordinating interviews
• Work with the client to understand the business, functional/technical skill needs and hiring drivers
• Represent the RSR recruiting organization to stakeholders and candidates focusing on exceptional customer service and consistency of high-quality work
• Performing standard and non-routine administrative tasks
• Ensure all recruitment activity is captured in real-time on the client’s ATS system and/or any other database

What we look for in a candidate:

• Preferably, previous experience in recruitment including active sourcing
• Experience working within an international corporate environment
• Excellent communication skills in English and French
• Ability to make independent decisions and be a true advisor for main stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and communication skills - being open and friendly toward people
• Handle different projects and ensure that each of them stays on track
• You have good attention to detail, enjoy executing to a high level, and are customer-focused
• Have a strong motivation to pursue a recruitment career
