As part of the Global Data, Analytics and RPA team – the Data Governance team drives multiple aspects across RSR departments both global and regional including:

  • Compliance and quality processes relate to Client Data
  • Randstad Sourceright Corporate Data strategy
  • Ownership and Governance of Business Intelligence tools

Some of your daily responsibilities will consist of :

  • Establishing and governing an enterprise data governance implementation road map
  • Coaching colleagues on Data Governance competences
  • Driving the Data Governance framework and related initiatives with stakeholders and project teams across the company
  • Acting as a SME for Data Governance
  • Collaborating with stakeholders in technical and business functions on privacy safeguards required in a global data environment
  • Participating in or giving guidance to cross sectional projects
  • Liaising between functional areas and technology to ensure that data related business requirements for protecting sensitive data are clearly defined, communicated and well understood
  • Uncovering emerging issues, identifying potential causes, related issues
  • Documentation management including reviews and edits approval
  • Training, educating and creating awareness of data governance ensuring adoption and proper usage of tools and technologies
  • Monitoring and tracking data quality issues, identifying gaps and taking action to remediate them
  • Establishing and meeting needs of internal and external clients

 

What you will need to bring in:

  • At least 5 years of experience in data management field
  • Fluent English is mandatory, any other European language is nice-to-have but not essential
  • Experience with compliance e.g. data privacy, data security, regulatory, six sigma, lean process
  • Agile methodology knowledge will be a plus
  • Knowledge of database modeling principles, SQL and data management
  • Experience with stakeholders management
  • Ability to coordinate the work to others and work independently
  • Excellent ownership, communication skills and strategic thinking
