The Team you’ll be working with;

As a Business Services Specialist you will be working within an exciting new team of 7 colleagues where a good work life balance is part of our ethos. As part of this team you will be supporting our high profile client in the aerospace industry whilst gaining exposure to running early career recruitment campaigns within a global brand.

 

The expectations of this job;

In the Business Services Specialist role you will utilise your French language skills to review candidate CV’s to determine their suitability to progress to the next stage and then co-ordinate the completion of pre-recorded candidate videos. You will build your knowledge within the recruitment sector by being involved in vacancy intake meetings and support in the campaign strategy by posting adverts to various sourcing channels. You will have a professional working knowledge of French and English and enjoy working to achievable KPI’s and SLA’s. If you are self motivated with a focus on exceptional customer service and attention to detail, you will thrive in this role.
