For our new RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) client we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sourcing Recruiter.

Your responsibilities:

• Collaboration with Recruitment Business Partners to understand the requirements of each open role
• Sourcing for the best talent by usage of various souring techniques
• Screening candidates and providing shortlist
• Focus on providing continuously great candidate experience

Requirement:

• Previous experience in sourcing, administration or HR 
• Excellent organizational skills and agility to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment
• Fluent Polish and English language knowledge is a must
