We are currently looking for Dutch-speaking Recruitment Coordinators to join our team and support recruitment processes for one of our business partners - a Dutch railway company. 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Supporting and coordinating activities related to the recruitment process
  • Screening CVs
  • Phone interviews (screenings)
  • Scheduling interviews 
  • Performing any ad hoc administrative tasks

  • Proactivity and can-do attitude
  • Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ease at communicating with stakeholders
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
