We are looking for a sourcing recruiter to join our brilliant and diverse team…

 

 Sourcing recruiter’s toolkit consists of:

•Great communication and interpersonal skills, ease of connecting with people and persistence in the search for diverse and dynamic candidates.

•We are open to people with different experiences. (We do not have a CV first recruitment process. We want to hear your story and investigate your key skills, to find the perfect match.)

•Excellent time management and organizational skills could help you a lot in this role

•Fluency in English is preferred. Any additional languages would be a bonus. 

In this role you will:

•Collaborate with Recruitment Business Partners to understand the requirements of each open role

•Source for the best talent & find the best and most creative channels for that

•Interact with candidates and focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity

•Gain knowledge on several markets
