We are looking for an MSP Talent Advisor for our interesting client from the telecommunication industry - Proximus.

The position is hybrid (2 days of onsite presence is required in the office in Brussels).

As an MSP Talent Advisor, you will act as the single point of contact for all contractors and suppliers. You will analyze and report on data that will provide the client with valuable insights into their contractor and supplier population and give consultative advice on how best to optimize the management of suppliers.

What will be your key responsibilities:

• Gain in-depth knowledge of the client and gain a thorough understanding of the technical skills and personal qualities required for their vacancies
• Analysis of job descriptions and shortlisting of candidates based on the pre-defined needs of the client
• Provide guidance and training to hiring managers and service providers to facilitate intended outcomes
• Provide feedback to suppliers on candidates invited for interviews
• Negotiate rates with all other suppliers in accordance with the client procurement strategy
• Provide regular management reporting information
• Proactively explore ways to continuously improve the program 
• Manage the relationship between the client and suppliers
• Develop profound knowledge of VMS System ‘Fieldglass’ and provide support to users, suppliers and contractors where necessary

What you need to fill this amazing role

• 3+ years of professional experience in a similar position
• Strong customer focus and customer service skills
• Great negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Process-oriented with the ability to influence
• Proactive and great sense of accountability
• Experience documenting and presenting project and client requirements
• Attention to detail with a concern for quality
• English and Dutch or French fluency
• Proficient in using G-suite and MS Office
• VMS Experience - Fieldglass preferred
