As a Sourcing Recruiter, you will be joining a motivated and sociable team to support one of our biggest clients (UCB) by finding the best candidates.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with the Hiring Managers and Recruiters/Talent Advisors to understand the requirements of each open role and share details about the candidates
• Source & screen for the best talent & find the best and most creative channels for that
• Support the on-site team by bringing best candidate for the open positions
• Interact with candidates and focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity

What we would like you to have:

• Minimum B1 of English and C1 French is must
• Part timers or students are also welcome for this position (minimum 30 hours in a week is required)
• Good stakeholder management and problem solving skills
• Good at taking responsibilities and work independently
• Competitive and enjoys hunting the best talent
• Ideally 6+ months of experience in recruitment is a big plus (especially for pharma business)
• Being autonomous, proactive and do not afraid to ask questions
