The team you’ll be working with;

You will be joining Randstad Sourceright as part of an experienced Recruitment Team working on full remote across Germany within a leading provider of telecom solutions, currently going through an exciting period of change and growth.  This is a full and established MSP with the opportunity to expand.

The expectations of this job;

The Account Director (AD) is responsible for developing and leading an effective client management proposition and will ensure our client receives a proactive, excellent service, maximising the potential for business within the client’s region. The AD will lead and develop the team, ensuring they are motivated and supported to achieve maximum results and grow and maintain senior stakeholder relationships.

If you have a strong recruitment background with an emphasis on MSP solutions, are assertive, able to actively listen and problem solve, have excellent stakeholder engagement and team leadership ability and have the drive to develop a business, as well as yourself then you will thrive in this role.
