This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an international Professional Services team at RSR as a Senior Project Manager working with multinational clients, on our global recruitment solutions and best practices. Your role will:

  • Make an immediate impact with clients
  • Create a trusted working relationship with various internal and external stakeholders and partners
  • Take solutions from concept to reality
  • Help clients realise recruitment solutions to attract and engage Talent 
  • Create Implementation project plans to agreed timescales and budgets 
  • Regular status reporting on progress, risk and issue mitigation, and overall status
  • To transition services to the operational account management team
  • Coaching clients through the change process
  • Working with the sales and solutions teams at RSR to build scalable implementation solutions
  • Working at a tactical/strategic level with new and existing clients
  • Managing team members and supporting their development

What You Need To Bring;

  • Experienced in managing tactical and operational implementation projects, within the RPO/MSP/SOW across all industries
  • Demonstrated skills and experience to advise and lead on implementation processes and procedures as well as taking ownership of issues and responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of project management approaches
  • Fluent English, however fluency in any other languages is an advantage  (French, Dutch, German Polish… )
