We are looking for an Executive Business Partner to work closely with a member of our global leadership team - Thomas Jajeh. Thomas as our Chief Digital Officer is taking care of Enterprise technology and he is particularly passionate about data and tech.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support Thomas in his everyday tasks
  • Take active part in internal and external meetings with our clients globally
  • Develop insightful/actionable presentations to enable leadership decision-making
  • Project manage global initiatives across Randstad's Enterprise group
  • Support internal and external communication and engagement strategy
  • Drive culture and connectivity and maintain clear leadership messaging to employees of the digital office through internal communications, events, town halls etc
  • Support execution of various organisational responsibilities related to business planning, organisational design, compliance, and space management
  • Own and manage global Digital Group leadership meetings / governance
  • Own and organise meeting follow-ups
  • Coordinate calendars and align agendas
  • Act on behalf of and representing Thomas in business-related situations (meetings, emails, etc.)

What you will bring:

  • experience from working in a similar role, preferably in recruitment company 
  • excellent communication skills, proactiveness, independence and attention to detail
  • fantastic English language skills
  • great organisation skills - understanding priorities and keeping up to date with potential changes
  • in-depth knowledge of the industry - understanding talent solutions
  • willingness to work remotely
