In order to assist clients with a successful career transition, RiseSmart is seeking professional resume writers to create top-notch resumes and cover letters to enable impacted clients on finding fulfilling work as fast as possible. This is a part-time, remote role with flexible hours.

• Write and format professional resumes from scratch, using participant-provided data
• Directly interact with clients as needed by phone and/or email
• Craft compelling content for job seekers in industries such as tech, manufacturing, science, healthcare, education, entertainment, commerce and more!

What you need to bring:

• 3+ years of experience as a professional resume writer
• Solid understanding of how to develop content that is relevant to various industries as well as how to develop content that is appropriate for entry level, technical, professional and executive roles
• Resume writing certification is a plus! (NRWA, CDI, CPRW, CRS, etc.)
• Extraordinary writing and editing skills with impeccable attention to detail
• An ability to work on multiple projects at once and service several clients simultaneously while managing deadlines effectively
• Expertise in formatting/designing with MS Word

What’s needed to be considered:

• Samples should be well-written, clean, consistent and polished for consideration.

The hourly rate of pay for this position is $25 per hour.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, an incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (all benefits are based on eligibility). Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
