If you would like to:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in coordination with the project manager.
  • Coordinate project resources whilst monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to key stakeholders.
  • Support the project manager in managing project scope, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Assist in conducting project meetings, documenting meeting minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure proper version control.

 

And have:

  • Proven experience in project management or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience of Total Talent Solutions such as MSP, RPO, etc.
  • A strong desire to learn and develop your skill set.
  • Fluency in English. Any other languages would be a plus.
