Job Responsibilities ;
Job Title : Application Support Engineer.
Location: Pune (Hybrid)
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Experience : 3+ years
Education : Any technical graduate.
- Incidence handling and resolution in quick time. This may require server
restarts, code analysis and data fix.
- Report details with service/application owner so that it can be looked with a
Holistic solution's approach
- Gaining product knowledge for troubleshooting and providing quality analysis
to production support issues
- Maintaining the Knowledge Base to handle future incidences and support
tickets efficiently
- Production Issue Dashboard monitoring and follow ups
- Proactive application Log analysis to look for potential incidents and report
them to the service/application owner and take them to closure
- Alerts management of system and critical flows. This includes
acknowledgement of alerts received, identifying the root cause for the alert
and reaching out to the right group with data for resolution.
