We’re looking for a 

Internal Graduate Sourcing Recruiter - Feltham / London

 

your typical day includes  

 

delivering a recruitment solution for this leading Tech consultancy client. You will be responsible for sourcing and headhunting outstanding graduate talent across Europe for our clients business to assist them in meeting their graduate hiring strategy.  

 

Your focus will be to  

 

• Generate candidates directly using innovative sourcing methods (boolean searching, search analytics, networking, referrals etc...)
• Research European University rankings to have a detailed understanding of the target market
• Drive candidate pipeline by using above innovative sourcing techniques
• Ensure a high quality candidate journey
• Ensure compliance is adhered to throughout the recruitment end to end process
• Work closely with the overall team to ensure client Service level Agreements
• Adapt methodologies and techniques to different roles and industry sectors depending on demand
• Work to SLA’s and KPI’s to meet our clients expectations.

what you will need

• Proven Recruitment experience in active sourcing and headhunting candidates
• Excellent candidate engagement skills to suitably pitch the opportunity to high calibre individuals 

it’s also nice to have

• experience recruiting into the graduate or Tech space
• experience working in a similar role for an RPO or in-house
