Role and Responsibilities

As the Global Head of Product at Randstad Enterprise, your primary role will be to steer the product organization towards success. You will be leading and inspiring a team of product owners and their teams, while also managing the budget and system processes for the product organization.

• Develop and communicate the product strategy and vision in line with the company’s overall strategy and objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders across departments to align product strategies and ensure cohesive business approaches.
• Lead the global product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other departments to facilitate new product development.
• Drive scalable processes and innovation around the product development cycle.
• Support product teams in developing innovative solutions.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships and act as a role model for the department/team members.
• Create short, medium, and long-term strategies aligned with business goals and define, monitor, and analyze product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure that product objectives and KPIs are achieved.
• Monitor hiring and promotional activity within the department to ensure compliance with company policy and standards.

This role involves significant leadership and strategic management responsibilities, and it requires someone with proven experience in a similar role.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years professional experience in product development
• Significant experience in Lean/Agile methodologies
• A track record of recruiting and developing high performing product teams.
• Experience aligning business strategy and technology delivery.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate teams and liaise with all levels of management.
• Please note that fluency in English is a must for this role.

Desirable Skills:

• Scrum/Agile certification
• Experience working in a complex matrix, across multiple geographies.
• Experience in managing international complex and sizable team(s).
