You will 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data quality control framework across all business units and regions, focusing on end-to-end data processing.
  • Lead a team of data quality professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive continuous improvement in data quality practices.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive environment to ensure the team's effectiveness and productivity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, both client and internal, to prioritize data quality initiatives, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives
  • Data Quality Audits, Metrics and Reporting, 
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data quality strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Define data quality standards, policies, and best practices specific to the staffing industry.

we expect 

  • Proven experience (5 years) in data quality management, data governance, or a similar role, focusing on end-to-end data processing.
  • Proven people management experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar function, ideally working with cloud platforms.
  • Experience in planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives.
