The Team:

The goal of the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team is to enable Randstad Enterprise to run an interconnected, end-to-end revenue process across all go-to-market functions, therefore breaking down silos and allowing us to operate with greater efficiency and predictability. There are 6 key functions of our RevOps model: 

  1. Unification across go-to-market functions, enabling customer opportunity acquisition across our enterprise solutions.
  2. E2E revenue process support,  with a focus on customer pre-engagement and opportunity creation.
  3. Seamlessly connected systems and processes to drive customer pre-engagement
  4. Communal data and shared source for revenue process data
  5. Revenue tech stack optimization and utilization to enhance performance across the customer lifecycle, with a particular focus on pre-engagement.
  6. Insights-led decision-making and optimization of the revenue process

 

The Role:

As the leader of our Revenue Operations team, you'll report directly into Randstad Enterprise's Chief Growth Officer and direct global teams, orchestrating seamless operations across sales, marketing, and delivery and account management as part of our Enterprise Growth Office:

  • Compose: Lead a global Revenue Operations team, aligning efforts within the Enterprise Growth Office to increase visibility of all opportunities in the market across our solutions. Establish an operating cadence for our go-to-market approach, defining and driving accountability towards shared goals.
  • Harmonize: Collaborate cross-functionally to crystallize shared goals, employing data insights to accelerate revenue and bolster progress. Enhance growth readiness through the creation of an enablement program in collaboration with internal teams and external trainers. 
  • Optimize: Support sales by optimizing go-to-market strategies, facilitating lead-handling processes, and nurturing customer relationships. 
  • Innovate: Drive improvements in key sales metrics, optimizing end-to-end revenue processes to eliminate bottlenecks. Working closely with B2B marketing on customer nurturing and pre-engagement to drive the right leads at the right accounts down the funnel. 
  • Technology forward: Push continuous improvement, optimization and utilization of our sales tech stack, ensuring data accuracy across the customer lifecycle.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Leader: Proven track record in revenue operations and sales leadership, achieving consistent target overachievement on a global scale.
  • Visionary: A strategic mind with a knack for executing revenue-focused strategies while collaborating across departments. 
  • Guide: Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams, coupled with exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Data driven: Adept in optimizing business tools and tech stacks, harnessing data analysis for informed decision-making across CRM, marketing automation, customer success, lead scoring and prospecting tools.
