The Role:

Lead a specialized sales team to drive revenue growth across an identified set of prospect Fortune 2000 (G2000) companies, therefore cultivating and growing market share within Randstad’s professional and operational specializations and passing leads and opportunities to Randstad Digital. Working together with our global revenue operations leader and team, this leader will be responsible for sales goals and targets setting, development and implementation of sales plans, management and motivation of the sales team, analysis of sales data and market trends, and building and maintaining relationships with key G2000 customers. They will work in close partnership with other departments, such as marketing, bids and pricing to ensure alignment and cooperation. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect of Market Expansion: Lead, inspire, and guide a high-performing sales team focused on Fortune 2000 accounts, propelling market share expansion within professional and operational domains. Develop and implement agile sales plans to capture new business and fortify existing relationships.
  • Visionary: Collaborate closely with our global revenue operations team, Growth Office, and regional partners to craft and execute where to play and how to win sales strategies. Work with the Chief Growth Officer and Finance teams to determine and assign quotas and ensure the business’s financial objectives are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources.
  • Market Navigator: Implement proactive sales approaches within Fortune 2000 accounts, elevating win rates through strategic expansions, extensions, and pioneering market entries. Monitor and adapt to market trends to seize opportunities for growth.
  • Leadership Catalyst: Set clear sales objectives, providing guidance and support to individual contributors, driving them towards surpassing sales targets and fostering sustainable growth. Recruit, mentor, and develop a diverse and high-performing sales team. Work with the CGO and Finance teams to determine and assign quotas and ensure the business’s financial objectives are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources.
  • Relationship Builder: Cultivate a robust global sales community, fostering relationships with key stakeholders to secure repeat business, identify emerging market trends, and unearth opportunities for market expansion.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Executive Leadership: 10+ years of impactful sales experience, demonstrating strong leadership in staffing/HR solutions or similar B2B consulting environments. Proven track record of driving revenue and profitable growth, working with cross-functional teams, including sales, account management, finance, legal, and solution concepts. 
  • Strategy Savvy: Leveraging data-driven insights to shape impactful strategic decisions. Proficiency in navigating complex global landscapes and fostering collaboration across diverse teams. Detailed knowledge of Forbes Global 2000 ranking, qualification requirements, etc. 
  • Innovative Mindset: Adeptness in adapting to dynamic market landscapes, steering sales teams towards innovative solutions, and capitalizing on emerging opportunities.
