Recruitment Account Lead - North Melbourne

Your goal will be to evolve the recruitment function to a more consultative and advisory approach. We are looking for someone who can bring practical, real-world experience to our operational strategies, build genuine client relationships, and improve our service delivery in meaningful ways.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Proactively engage with clients to understand their vision/strategy and align it with account roadmaps.
• Analyse recruitment demand and align resources for effective delivery.
• Drive operational risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach team members to advisory intake capability through on-the-job coaching.
• Drive effective change management for the adoption of new technology and ways of working.
• Act as the first point of contact for clients and the first escalation point for daily operational issues.
• Generate initiatives for process improvement and efficient output alignment with client expectations.
• Manage financial performance against budget and mitigate risks.

We are seeking a candidate who not only has experience in internal recruitment or RPO but also excels in talent advisory and innovative recruitment practices. Essential to this role are robust coaching and interpersonal skills, which are key in leading a team and engaging effectively with various stakeholders.

Experience in transforming recruitment practices to attract top talent is highly desirable, as is a proven track record in implementing cultural and organisational change. The ability to independently tackle challenges, devise pragmatic solutions, and develop sustainable processes is critical.
