UCB Braine-L’Alleud is seeking an Expert Talent Advisor to join their team via Randstad Sourceright.

As an Excellent Recruiter, you will play a vital role in finding and attracting purpose-driven talent that will contribute to developing innovative treatments and cutting-edge medical solutions.

UCB Pharma is a global innovation leader in the biotech industry, and by identifying and hiring the best specialists, you will help drive the company's mission forward. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for white-collar positions, with a focus on scientific and medical profiles as well as on the recruitment for corporate functions.

Collaboration with the sourcing team and establishing trustful relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external agencies are key aspects of the role.

The position is full-time and we offer a permanent contract.

About the job:

• You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for white-collar positions with a focus on scientific and engineering positions.
• You will collaborate with the sourcing team.
• You will be the trusted business partner for the Hiring Managers and internal Talent & project teams, your stakeholder management skills will be essential.
• You can take care of internal talent, applications, and aspirations.
• And you will maintain trustful relations with staffing and executive agencies to ensure the client has access and visibility on all relevant talent in the marketplace.

Who are we looking for?

• An experienced recruiter with a minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Someone who is very structured and who has ambition, empathy, and a service mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in order to lead the process, advise your managers, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Professional fluency in French and English - Italian or Spanish are an asset.
• Willing to work on a regular basis at the Braine-L’Alleud office (typically: 2 days per week on-site and opportunity to do homeworking on the other days).
