Job Purpose

Our client is a global contract and development manufacturing organisation which serves the pharmaceutical and biotech markets. We will provide a specialist RPO solution for their functions. You will manage and control all aspects of sourcing/recruitment for the client. Liaising and interfacing with hiring managers and their internal stakeholders to add value to the recruitment process. 

Location is Switzerland with site visits to Basel essential.

The expectations of this job;

The Account Director (AD) is responsible for developing and leading an effective client management proposition and will ensure our client receives a proactive, excellent service, maximising the potential for business within the client’s region. The AD will lead and develop the team, ensuring they are motivated and supported to achieve maximum results and grow and maintain senior stakeholder relationships.
